My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, resembling a time share, but had issues with substandard A/C and a malfunctioning toilet. The service was friendly overall, although there was a surprising incident with a snake. The location was beautiful, offering shaded hammock areas and a lovely beach. The dining experience was pleasant, especially in the morning, although lacking options for big fruit eaters.
The hotel had a nice room but with some dated features and pesky wasps, yet it was disrupted by mosquitos due to the darkness around the property after dinner. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, although a couple of staff members had some issues. The location offers a good setting in a beautiful area with various amenities, although some unexpected events might occur, like a dance contest on the beach. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good value and gourmet salads available.
